RhoDeo 1130 Goldy Rhox 33

Hello, today the 33rd post of Goldy Rhox, classic pop rock. 33 is a special number in Numerology it is not only a numerical representation of “the Star of David,” but also the numerical equivalent of AMEN: 1+13+5+14=33. Or the highest degree in Masonary. The year Jesus was crucified after his 33 miracles. According to Al-Ghazali (1000AD Iranian mystic) the dwellers of Heaven will exist eternally in a state of being age 33. Obviously vinyl albums rotate at 33⅓ revolutions per minute. As did todays remastered blockbuster. The artist after an eventful, commercially, artistically successful life died before his time on a cocktail of drugs. He sure was different, not like the other boys. Living his life in the spotlights from a very young age he become the worlds biggest musical star, only to fall from so much grace later in life. To be honest todays mystery album really shouldn't be one for the average visitor.....

Most of the albums i 'll post made many millions for the music industry and a lot of what i intend to post still gets repackaged and remastered decades later, squeezing the last drop of profit out of bands that for the most part have ceased to exist long ago, although sometimes they get lured out of the mothballs to do a big bucks gig or tour. Now i'm not as naive to post this kinda music for all to see and have deleted, these will be a black box posts, i'm sorry for those on limited bandwidth but for most of you a gamble will get you a quality rip don't like it, deleting is just 2 clicks...That said i will try to accomodate somewhat and produce some cryptic info on the artist and or album.

Todays mystery album was released on November 30, 1982 it remained at number one on the Billboard 200 album chart for thirty-seven weeks, second only to the soundtrack for West Side Story. The album spent a record 80 consecutive weeks, more than a year and a half, in the Top 10 of the Billboard 200. It charted seven Top 10 singles and is the only album to have sold more copies in the United States than any other in two separate years, topping the sales charts in 1983 and 1984, and selling over 29 million copies to date. The album topped the charts in many countries, sold 3.7 million copies in the UK, 2.5 million in Japan and went 15x Platinum in Australia. Still popular today, it sells an estimated 130,000 copies in the US per year. Worldwide, its sales total has been estimated at 110 million copies by his management; independent sources give lower estimates, but there is consensus agreement that Goldy Rhox 33 is the top-selling album in history. Even it's 25 year rerelease collected gold in its own right.
